You know what really bothers me the most, is the fact when someone asks to spend time with you, such as going to lunch, movie, playing basketball at the park, etc... and right as you are on your way to said meeting place they decide to text you and say, " I'm so sorry, can we reschedule :( " Oh yes of course I will just turn around and head back home and make it convenient for you. What about my convenience? Where is that at? I will tell you where it is, it has disappeared. We are moving into a society that is so caught up in " ME " that they could really care less about what the other person feels, as long as it doesn't hurt them and their feelings. Now on occasion there is times when it is acceptable, but at least have the common decency to give the other person fair warning, not as they are pulling up to said meeting place. If you happen to find a person with the decency of giving you fair warning or actually caring about how feel, you should always keep them close, because they are a dying breed.

Isn't It Crazy...
It is crazy to think how far technology has come in the past 10 years or even the past 5 years. I remember begging my parents for a cell phone when I was in high school, which wasn't too long ago. I finally got my wish, after creating an extensive list on the reasons for needing a cell phone.I was given an all black flip phone with an LED display, I loved it. Then text messaging was starting to become a big thing, I said I would never fall into that money trap of charging 10 cents a message. "Ha ha, I'm on to you you capitalist phone companies (Sprint)." Then I received my first text message a year after I got my phone, then it went down hill from there. I was in class and I felt a familiar buzzing, and I thought to myself who would be calling me now? So I slyly pulled out my phone and checked it, it was a text message from my friend asking to go to lunch with me. Knowing she was in class I thought I'll take the 10 cent fall and answer back and that will be the end of it. Oh no it wasn't. She replied back, asking where we were going to go for lunch. "Nowhere if you keep replying to these messages, I will be broke," but I didn't say that, I am too nice. 20 messages later we actually meet in person and have our lunch. 20x.10 = 2.00$ I was ok with that, if it had ended there. Word got around that I had text messaging and so I started to receive more and more, bad idea. At the end of the month when the bill came around, I heard a familiar sound. (paper ripping) What the %$#@ **** Get In Here !!! UH OH, it caught up to me. "What is this 100$ charge on our phone bill?" Well you see its (Long drawn out explanation)...and that is where babies come from. Oh wait wrong story :). I ended up having to front the bill and pay for my sins against the technology god. Then as a family we decided to get unlimited text messaging. That was the beginning of the end, I rarely use my new smart phone (Eventually I had to upgrade duh) for calling anymore, and now I pay my bill. -93.00$ (capitalist bastards) and I text more often then not. My phone is literally glued to my hand, disgusting I know. The reason for this flashback story is that I downloaded an app to post to this blog and I decided to try it out. This is the first and last time I will write a full post from my 5x3 inch life sucking of a device. It is way to much typing for my thumbs.

Ever wonder if you are doing things right?
I may only be 20 years old, some may say, "You don't have enough life experience." Who are you to judge what is enough? What is considered enough? Can you have too much "Life Experience," what is the the cap, what is the basis for comparison? Questions like these run through my head when people make generalized statement towards me. Yes I am only 20 years old, I may not be as old as you, but I can say I have had my share of life up to this point. I am always ready for more to come, don't get me wrong, I hate having hardships, but I take every hardship as a learning experience, a chance to grow and truly become a better person. Recently I went through first real break-up phase, It sucks. I have been through the whole gambit of coping methods, from trying to forget, to trying to reconcile. It didn't work. Then I had to come to the realization of acceptance. I had to accept what is done is done, and there is no going back. Just moving forward. That is what I did, i moved forward into a better me to find a better person. That isn't going as well as I thought. Every girl I meet I try to see there relationship potential. Then I move to fast in telling this girl I "like" her and it blows up in my face. She won't answer calls or text messages, and then I feel horrible and try to move on all over again. It is a viscous circle, that i can't seem to break. I learn from everyone though, I learn what makes me happy, and what I want in life. Right now I realize I can't give a girl the 100% she deserves, because of my personal work load in the job industry. I spread myself thin working five jobs. No girl deserves to be on the back burner as work comes first. Until I solidify myself I believe putting the dating world on hold is the best option.
